Shady Wooded Spots
With over 30 daily spots to choose from, we have a wooded site waiting for your visit! Whether you prefer 20/30/50-amp sites, a park model ready for your stay, or completely shaded primitive spots, we offer something for everyone. Experience the beauty of the Northwoods! Swimming Pool
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, our heated pool is ready for you! The pool opens at 8:30 am and closes at dusk. Please note, parent supervision is required for children, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Playground & Rec Room
A good old-fashioned playground is perfect for kids to burn off some energy! ‘Swing’ on over and ‘dig’ up a good time! Our rec room features electronic claw games and fun for kids of all ages. Please note, adults are asked to stay off the playground equipment. Additionally, all kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times!
Showers & Restrooms
Coin-operated showers and restrooms are available 24/7 from May to October. Our facilities are cleaned regularly for your comfort. If needed, a change machine is available in our bar and grill.
Laundry Facility
Sometimes the great outdoors leaves you messy, but we’ve got you covered! We offer a full, coin-operated laundry facility on-site for your convenience. Don’t have quarters? Simply stop by the bar and use our change machine!
Fish Cleaning Station
Our fish cleaning station is a popular spot for fishing enthusiasts, complete with running water and plenty of space to prep your catch! All we ask is that you clean up after yourself. We love the smell of fresh fish cooking on the fire!
Maple Bear Bar & Grill
Full menu and drinks for everyone! Maple Bear Bar & Grill is the perfect spot to catch up with old friends or make new ones. Conveniently located off County Highway H, we’re right on the ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails. Stop in to warm up with some great food. Be sure to check out our MENU and hours.
ATV/UTV Trails
With over 400 miles of trails in Lincoln County, adventure awaits at every turn! The trail runs right to Maple Bear Campground, making camping in the Northwoods more exciting than ever!
Tents, Campers, RVs, and Lodge
Room to stretch, whether you’re in a tent, camper, RV, or park model rental—we have a spot for you! Seasonal sites are available if you want to experience the Northwoods for a season. Cycling and Hiking Paths through Tomahawk
Hiawatha & Bearskin State Trail
Maple Bear Campground is located just 13 miles from one of the Northwoods’ most popular state trails! This 6.6-mile stretch is renowned for its history and beauty. The Hiawatha Trail, which connects just north of Tomahawk, links up with the Bearskin State Trail, an additional 18-mile stretch leading you right to Minocqua.
Both the Hiawatha and Bearskin State Trails are multi-use trails, offering hiking and biking in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter. Please note, ATV/UTV traffic is prohibited on both trails.
